What is the davantages of Wonsun barriers?
1)The humanized clutch device:in case of power off, unlock the
clutch device and raise the boom manufally. By the time the power
is supplied, lick the clutch device to make it working normally
again.
2)Special spring device:Both the compression spring and tension
spring can be used in the machine, Using the compression sprin can
avoid accidents caused by the tension spring.
3)Three control buttons:for boom raising, falling and pausing.
4)Boom backtrack function:the boom will rise if hits something when
falling.
5)Infrared photocell design:for avoiding the crash when the boom
falling, so as to prevent the vehicles from being pressed.
6)Both external and internal loop detectors are supported.
7)"open","close" and "stop" controlling interfaces.
8)RS-485 communication serial interface(optional)
9)Traffic light signal connection device: red light for stop,green

barrier gate no action?

4) Q: When opening/closing,traffic barrier gate arm cannot reach
right position (90° vertical & 180° horizontal)?

1 | Length adjustment of connecting rod not correct | Open barrier door and unlock clutch to check when arm at 90° vertical position if the master rod covers slave one; when arm at 180° horizontal position if master rod and slave one are in the same straight line |
2 | Nuts on the limit switch loose | Tighten the nuts when arm at 90° vertical and 180° horizontal position |

5. Special low-speed aluminum housing motor integrated gearbox
design, low noise, fast heat-dissipation.
6. The driving mechanism has the desiging of intelligent
overheating protection system, in frequent use, it can control the
warming of the motor, makes the motor not burned easily.
7. The main engine adopts mechanical limit switch and photoelectric
limit switch dual protection, to avoid the problems caused by using
traditional magnetic switch which is easily interfered by the
external environment.
