Functions & Features
AC motor is strong and powerful,can easily lift up even with additional
singnage installed on to the barrier arm . AC motor is maintenance
free, as there is no carbon in the AC motor, Built in intelligent
fan cool the motor during heavy usage.
Wonsun clutch device can be conveniently unlocked to manually open or close the arm
without removing the whole top cover or body housing, Resulting in
hassle free operation and all components inside the barrier body
are safe from danger and vandalism.
Sturdy housing, Housing is made with 2.0 mm cold rolled steel sheet for extra
durability to support longer arm. Housing body is coated with epoxy
paint for weatherprof protection
Photoelectrical limit switch uses smart motor counter to auto detect open/close position for
higher accuracy and better stability. No more mechianical wear and
tear which causes the arm to tilts up or down
Arm auto reverse. Built in smart collision detection technology allows arm to auto
reverse when hit with an obstacle during closing to prevent further
scratches & dents on the vehicle. Optional photo beam allows
arm to auto reverse earlier before hitting the vehicle..Optional
rubber lining to protect the vehicle from further damages.
Arm swing out, Arm will swing out when hit directly by vehicle to avoid further
damage on the vehicle.
European lever design, European lever design ensure smooth opening arm and reliable
consistent performance for years to come.

1) Q: Connected power and press open/close button but traffic
barrier gate no action?

still running and not stop?

1 | Limit switch | Adjust the horizontal/vertical limit switch to correct position |

3) Q: Motor running but traffic barrier gate arm no action?

1 | Barrier arm at 45° position where is hard to move | Unlock clutch and manually rotate arm to horizontal or vertical position then try again |
2 | Tension of balancing spring not suitable | Adjust spring exactly |

4) Q: When opening/closing,traffic barrier gate arm cannot reach
right position (90° vertical & 180° horizontal)?
A. | Reason | Solution |
1 | Length adjustment of connecting rod not correct | Open barrier door and unlock clutch to check when arm at 90° vertical position if the master rod covers slave one; when arm at 180° horizontal position if master rod and slave one are in the same straight line |
2 | Nuts on the limit switch loose | Tighten the nuts when arm at 90° vertical and 180° horizontal position |
