This yellow resistance tester can be used a high temperature chamber or aging chamber :
1. As normal high temperature chamber use:
A. Close right side of machine the fan air intake.
B. Tear down the UV lamp and turn off UV lamp switch.
C. Tear down the compartment tray and turn off the compartment tray
switch.
D. Open two exhaust port of machine top and adjust exhaust volume,
if less than 150 ℃ then full open, and exceeds 150 ℃ then
half-open.
E. Open the inlet port of machine bottom left and adjust the size
of the intake air, if less than 150 ℃ then full open, and exceeds
150 ℃ then half-open.
2. As aging oven use: Please refer to aging oven standard test
method.
a. Close right side of machine the fan air intake.
b. Tear down the UV lamp and turn off UV lamp switch.
c. Set on the compartment tray and turn on the compartment tray
switch.
d. If already have shelves inside please tear off.
e. Open two exhaust port of machine top and adjust exhaust volume,
if less than 150 ℃ then full open, and exceeds 150 ℃ then
half-open.
f. Open the inlet port of machine bottom left and adjust the size
of the intake air, the higher the temperature the smaller the
intake air, if less than 150 ℃ then full open, and exceeds 150 ℃
then half-open.
