Product Description
High bond acrylic foam tape are high-strength bonding tapes and a
proven alternative to screws, rivets, welds and other mechanical
fasteners.
Unlike screws or rivets – which join materials at a single point –
high-strength bonding tape permanently adheres one substrate to
another while spreading the stress load across the entire length of
the joint. Once materials are joined with Tape a virtually
indestructible “weld” is created.
Unique viscoelastic properties absorb shock and distribute stress
evenly. This tape's flexibility compensates for differential
thermal expansion between disimilar materials, so they can be
bonded with confidence. Acrylic foam Tapes bond and seal aluminum,
steel, glass, painted and powder-coated surfaces, and plastics such
as acrylic and polycarbonate.
Product Applications
High bond acrylic foam tape is designed for adhering to the irregular surface, fixing the nameplate, auto-mirror and often used in the automobile industry such as door sealing strips, pedal and metal boards. Specially suitable for the fixation of inner structure in the glass combination like the glass curtain wall and soundproof wall etc; also used to stick the car decorations and for the combination orientation of sound source inside the voice box.
